Alienware overpriced for their computers so if u make a custom-made PC yourself it wud be worth it as you know what ur PC has and what u can improve in the near future :D

Alienware do make good computers, but they are really just ( Im an Aussie so doing it in my currency :P) $3000 comps with an extra $5000 for profit (maybe a little over exaderated)

Breezed through their site ages ago and saw a pair of 3000 dollar headphones :)

    Self-built for sure.

Alienware, is wayyyyy tooo overpriced. You're paying for the name, not the quality qith alienware. They're ok computers, if you wanna spend about %80 more.

Just check... Here and Here for good cheap computer parts. Then look up one of the many thousand sites that tell you what to look for when buying a computer or parts. ;) And build it yourself. Not only is it cheaper, but a lot more gratifying knowing you built it yourself.

I think it is jesseboi you are refferring too. And he could have easily saved about $10,000 of that had he bought the parts himself and put them together. ;)

    Alienware is such a rip-off. <_<

@EdGeX... I don't he meant what type of operating system is best. I think this is about hardware stuff, not software. ;)

There isn't one. B/c even if you build it yourself with ALL the best parts, 3-6 months later they will come out with something better. Good Luck having the best PC out there for more then 6 months

Just get an Alienware computer you want, and buy the parts elsewhere. Same quality, lower price.
