whenever i go to paypal.com or aol.com to sign in, it tells me the connection was refused when trying to connect etc etc this is how it is for me on a bunch of other sites too. any help?
I would 1st check for spyware. Have you tried more than web broswer to check aol.com, paypal.com....? Maybe a firewall is blocking out those sites? My best guess would be to check your broswer setting. I hope these ideas can help you but I figure there are more people on GR with some better idea of what the problem is
