try this code inside the table.. <textarea name="message" rows=10 cols=43>your text here</textarea> and u got to change the rows & cols to make it fit ur table.. hope it helps
Worst way. Ever. If you want to have a scroll bar which I must say is a very bad idea then use an i frame. <iframe src="content.html" width=".." height=".."> Then put all your content in content.html.

how about a freeking division??? not an iframe nor a damn texct area. its a bit more cross compatable as well. <div style="height:300px; width: 500px; overflow:auto;" scroll="yes"> </div> you can configure the dimensions if needed.
instead of Code: <div height="x" width="x" scrolling="yes"> i would use Code: <div height="x" width="x" scrolling="auto"> that way if the text dosent need to scroll the scrollbar isnt there taking up space
