actually you don't know your history very well. originally slaves were obtained in africa during wars where the winning tribe enslaved their conquered foes though their slaves mantained many rights and the children of slaves were born free. After the portuguesse came though african princes saw money and intentionally enslaved and provoked others so that they might obtain material wealth. White people for the most part only bought the slaves, not enslave them. I am not saying that slavery is morally right, it certainely is not, but to misstate something as such is improper.
I do know my history. And the first it was they were trading fur and stuff but then they got greedy and wanted to enslave people. And at first they bought slaves till they just decided to enslave them all. And also I cannot see how a person can believe that his or her race is better than another
How? Because innocent Canadian citizens with Japanese heritage were shipped into the praeries to work as beet farmers. They were forced out of their homes, lost all their possessions, had to live in a CAMP with no heating. ETCETERA!
Kid , My country was under Turkish laws for over 5 ----ING CENTURIES!. People were killed brutally.No compensation came whatsoever. <_<
