    If not then this sale is not allowed.

    i doubt its actually licensed...are the licenses not like $60 a year? and hes selling it for $5 :-/

    He is selling it for 8$ and it is 5 pounds(europe or something)

    And I bet it is licensed but, it is against GR rules to sell IPB i think
