How To Login To A Site When You Have Ftp Acces

i have acces to storm creations and the guy gave me the user name that looks like this [email protected]
when i click enter fire fox says that it's trying to trick me because it doesn't need autentecation. how do i get in

 

Didnt understand all of that, but im guess u want to log into the ftp of the site? If so u need to d/l a ftp program, such as smartftp, and log in from there. You cant use a browser to log into the sites ftp.

 

If firefox wont let u do it
just do it through IE

 

Sometimes you get something called cPanel or fantastico, and all you have to do is go to this wierd site that is like just numbers, and then you login there with a username and password.

 

you need to get a ftp client

i recommend FlashFXP, i use it and its really good

you need to know the server your connecting to and the username/pass
