    OK, i did my tut with no sound, lol, its 8 minutes long, easy to follow....its like 33.5 megs...and i dont know where to host it, its a .rar file...f ne1 knows, plz tell me where to host

    Is that as .avi? Or have you converted to .wmv / highly compressed medium.
    33.5mb is pretty hefty, doubt there will be many places that will host a file that large for free...

    you might try asking [GF]Dark where because he makes alot of video tuts
