    Well...that is one of the many things you will learn here. Under his name is something at Gr we like to call signitures-sigs for short. Just go to the tutorials part of the forum or go to this recommended site which I think most do recommend it-ww.good-tutorials.com

    You can learn stuff from these forums and that website. Enjoy your stay at Gr :)

    And on the left under his name is his Avatar...Many of us have them. You can pick them up mostly anywhere...could be a chain...or it could be a pic that you really like.
