Almost there...
I didn't blatantly say : DONT TRY THIS, IT'S A HORRIBLE IDEA- HOW ABOUT WE SIT AND LAUGH WHILE PEOPLE ARE BECOMING MORE POOR.

I stated my opinion. I don't think it will work- and I'll kick myself in the ass if it does. In no way did I say it was a stupid idea that shouldnt follow through.
simply doing nothing isnt good enough, there are no 'bad guys' that help poverty, its people with the same train of thought as you, doing nothing only makes the problem worse.

nobody believes that even 100 of these campaigns will help stop poverty, but at least it'll help people from around the world, 1-10-200-a million people it doesnt matter.

it wont hurt you so why not help?

The world has been trying to "fight" poverty and 3rd world situations for over 100 years. Poverty has and always will be a problem, until everyone is poor, and fending for themselves. This world has derived and placed itself so much upon money, that there's no way to devolve that aspect, and create a malleable and lasting solution to poverty. Thousands of attempts have failed- so beyond the major marketing of this one- what makes you think this one will?
Nothing will change if everyone sits on their ass all day, complains about the world not changing for the better, and does nothing to try and help.

You need to actually do something in order for that to change. Hearing how upset you are that nothing is working, I would suspect you to be the first person to get up and do something about it. But instead you decide to do the total opposite and gripe about it. Tell me how thats going to help.

Thank you for winning the captain obvious award of the night. I was stating facts, and also my opinion on the matter. If you'd like to browse the thread thorougly another time, I'd advise that, thanks. I didn't say doing nothing will solve anything.
