when i do that it takes me to entirely differnet site, when on the korean site it says it is a .txt viewer and on english site it doesnt

i tried something like it was like worldlingo.com or something and it didnt translate it all so therefore im asking for someone who knows wat language this is to help me out but i see theres not many koreans or chinese in here

lol no problem well i found out that the korean has a txt viewer but the eenglish doesnt have that option so im still wondering if i could download that option but cant find where here is where i foudn the txt viewer http://www.sorell.co.kr/upload/tn_utility/SV10_manual_02.pdf pg. 86 so if anyone can help me ill give 15 credits if u give me the answer
