[req] I Need A Really High Quality Popout Sig

I need an awesome popout sig, like my title says. Here is the image I want to use in the sig:



Once I find the person that I would like to use, I will give whatever requirements they need me to give for the sig. I am working on getting more creds, and I am not really worried about the price, I simply want an incredible sig. Thanks for your time, and I look forward to your examples, please respond ASAP!

Put "Alex" as the name, and blue and red as the primary colors, and I don't need a quote. If this won't work, or you need more, please let me know.

Ok, can you make the pallet blue instead of brown? And if so, can you make it REALLY complex, I want it as extraordinary as possible.
