If i want to use photoshop or do something in it, it says that htere is not enough memory(ram).
So the question rises: How can i clear memory?
This hasn't happened before, so i don't know what to do.
    Because i'm an idiot. : D
    As easy as that.

i had this awhile back when running Vegas video editing software on ME :/ i installed XP and it worked.

but it could be you dont have enough memory, or your running too many processes.

find out how much Ram you have, me i have 256mb :/ crap for most games, and if i have ps open for ages then it gets sloggy, and i have to restart.

so er yeah to answer your question find out how much ram! quit some programs, or reinstall.

if however this is while your installing, again quit some processes.

    hope it helps

O.k i think i know whats wrong, do this:
    1) ctrl+alt+delete
    2) go to processes
    3) click on "Mem Usage"
    4) Choose the ones that take alot of memory and that are "owner" and be sure that you know them. Do not click on the "system" ones.
    5) End them.
    6) Then click on performance, and you will see you PF will go down, it meens you will have more memory.

^^ Try that, if it works, then enjoy.

If you get the message while you're using photoshop, than either your page file (windows virtual memory) is low, or you don't have enought ram altogether. You can try removing programs that stay resident in memory. Eg:Winamp agent and stuff... (Usually icons you see on the right of your taskbar)

You can also try right clicking on My Computer>Properties>Advanced>Performance options. And in Virtual Memory click change.

Now make sure you have enough hard drive space left, change the initial and maximum values for the same value but higher. After click on the Set button

example: initial:800 max:800 I have mine set at 800mb. You might allready have it higher maybe, just push it up like 300mb. Make sure you have enough hard drive space left!!!

Now reset your computer, it will ask you itself, just say yes. Try doing the same thing that gave you the error in photoshop. If it still doesn't work buy more memory :D
