    you put them in the Adobe>Photoshop>Presets>Brushes folder :)

    wooppss....yeah, you have to put the brush sets into the brushes folder in the c drive

    If I understand what you want, you need to have way more downloaded brushes so they can appear on the right and do what snakes said.
