Scratch Disks Are Full?

    ok...it said my scratch disks were full so i couldnt do anything...so i cleaned up my Hard drive and cleaned out alot of files and empytied the recycle bin...and it still says the same thing...what do i do?

    scratch disks is from PS itself i think,
    so you need to get PS more memory.
    edit-->preferences i think

    Make some space at ur hard disk drive

    ^_^ I think you already asked this, and it's the same answer. You NEED space on your hard drive. That's what scratch disks are.

    As I've said before, delete your temporary files and remove other files from your hard disks.

    Maybe you have adware/spyware taking up your space. :\

    exactly. Make sure you empty the recycle bin. i once didnt for ages, i emptied it and got 1gb back.

    Or just do disk cleanup and it gets rid of all that un-needed ----

    Recycle bin deleting is really helpful, I got 4 gig from deleting it, because I had over 700 PS plugins in there.

    I got over 30 gb back when I did a defrag, if you havent done one in ages it'll take forever but you get a lot back. If you're looking to clear out you harddrive, look on download.com, they have loads of helpful little programs to help speed up your computer

    clear out ur recycle bin i once did it and recovered damn near 3 gb in space

    Make sure your resolution is 72dpi and not 300dpi. I had to reinstall Photoshop and encountered the same problem. I couldn't figure out why till I looked over the canvas settings really carefully.

    you could just buy a new hardrive for 20$ and not give a care about anything...
