Photoshop Help

In Photoshop CS "Sometimes" the graphic im creating whether its a background, sig or avy sometimes options like saving as .gif or .jpg and different filters wont work. Or dont show up. This happend a while ago but went away. Its full version, maybe its a setting im using?

 

i know that for certain dpi you can't use some of the filters and such it could also be the color mode you are using

 

Yeh, check what colour mode its running as when you create a new file

greyscale, RBG etc

 

I remember this it happens to me - some of the options are unusable- either try to lower the resol or pixels down and it will work -Well thats what i found out anyways

 

yeah for some dpi you cant use some filters.
