    omg i just went to elite torrents to download some stuff and then it says that it was shutdown bye the bureau of investiagation.

    wwww.elitetorrents.com

    i thought they wouldnt start shutting torrent sites down considering theres so many of them and nothings eer happened to them b4

    Dude nothing ever happened?

    At lesat over a 100 torrent sites have been closed and the largest one was closed too.

    www.supernova.org, biggest torrent site ever was shut down and i'm sure many of them will close down too soon, however, for every one that closes 2 pop up :)

    Seriously , you dont read much news do you? There are 100+ a DAY that are shutdown.Everyday the RI** and MP** are sending letters to thousands of ip's to theyr providers. And it is not funny ,some people got in so much ---- from that.. So I suggest next time instead of opening a torrent site, go to the store...

    Loki torrents got shut down..I wanted to cry..i loved that site ;(

    i dont download lots, but i do. i used supernova, till it went byby :(

    all i do is download torrents and im not using a router either to reset my IP :unsure:

    Yes the most popular ones that shut down
    are
    Loki Torrents
    Suprnova
    Leet Torrents

    And the only reason Leet got shut down was cuz it had the SW Episode III torrent b4 it came out on movie

    The torrent site i use now is http://thepiratebay.org/
    its a real good quality site
    and i suggest all of u use it

    I wish I knew what to do with these torrent files. My friend does this ---- daily, but he won't tell me, since I usually buy stuff from him for like $5

    Get Bit Tornado http://www.bittornado.com/ (free download)

    and then get the torrent and double click on the torrent file then the bit tornado will ask u where to save the file when it is completed, then let it do its thing, then in like 12 hours u should have any thing u were trying to download
