    Does anybody know of a program that i can download so i can "make" my own cursors?

    all i know is that you can make cursors in jasc animationshop, animated cursors as well... though you can not legally download it though.

    There are some on xanga..People who make cursors for people..Ill try and dig up the links

    a cursor is nothing more than a small animated .gif treat ti that way when making in in an program that's the only tut you need.

    but how do i upload it to my cursor, and how do i figure out which spot on the cursor is the actual "point" on the arrow?

    microangelo does icons, cursors and animated cursor
    when i got Windows95 and got online i bought that and started with cursors and icons... made loadsa them

    use CSS to add a custom cursor to yer webpage

    you can have a custom icon showing in the adressbar and favorites
    you upload the icon to yer root (has to contain a 32x32 icon)
    and have to add code to each page
