well about everyday now there are about 3 topics about people ripping !

man im getting really pissed off with this, does anyone know how we can stop this ?

everywhere i go people are getting ripped.

i dont think mods are taking enough action to stop this.

we have to do something to our renders to keep them guarded.

1 thing i would say is that we have a ......

    RENDER INSPECTOR

someone like a mod but with a tag saying render inspector.

this guy has to be mainly involved in renders and who can moniter a wide

range of fourms and websites for rippers.

if cought this guy will be 'Banned' or rather 'Fined'

ok people, many people here will extremely disagree, but i feel that i

think that this is a big problem on GR.

i would not mind to become this

    'RENDER INSPECTOR'

but i dont think that the mods or g70 will allow me cause of no idea

reasons but if the people on GR are ok with it, i do not mind.

so guys what are your thoughts on this big problem on GR and how can we overcome this ?

i have been noticing more threads about rippers lately but i don't know about a render inspector. i think people just shouldn't do it. i mean a lot of the time the ripper gets caught. i just think people should get smarter. :D

VEXTA, can you provide some examples where there has recently been a ripped render where there has not been sufficient action taken?

No need for this "render inspector" you can't rip something that wasn't yours to begin with.

You cut out an image for the sole purpose of others using it, so why do you turn around and cry about it when they use it?

Running a website, especially one this large and expansive, is not an easy task for the staff to do.

1st : GyaBusa spend's most of his time in the renders section
doing this same thing you are talking about.

    2nd:
i see this post as nothing more than you trying to promote yourself
into a moderator postion on GR,
if you want a staff job then apply and wait like the rest of us have / had too, its more fair that way

3rd : there is no way to compleatly stop Ripping, all we can do is try to make it harder for these type of people to rip,
and catch them when they do

Not everything that is in our premium render section originally belonged to someone else. People here do occasionally design the renders with programs or draw and scan them themselves.

This is a big deal, especially of the people taking GR's renders to some other site like they did all the renders themselves. I have seen this a few times.

For example some little graphics site called madgraphics or something like that had a link to someone's photobucket account with 8 or 9 pages of renders stolen from here. A few of mine included.

Rippers suck, and should have their accounts banned permanently if they are caught taking these renders to other sites.

I think of it this way..if a person has to rip something to make themselves look good..they have to live with knowing that it really isn't their work. That's punishment in itself.
