New Moderator Neede For My Forum!

Hi all,

We've started a new forum (www.freelancer-gfx.com) not so long ago, and haven't got that many members but its growing..
It started with 2 admins and 2 moderators, but 1 moderator has only 5 posts and isn't active.
We're gonna fire him and now I want a new one!
We want somebody who is at least good in making sigs, and he/she MUST have a decent amount of designing knowledge!
We want that person to be active and advertise ofcourse, so who's willing to help me?
Deadline is tomorrow; 9 PM !
