graphic designing and working on the PC is ok but going outside such as to the mall or movies is something you should do also. Meaning your room isnt where you should be everyday for 24 hours.
I sit on my computer all day everyday, well apart from school. And if I go out all I end up doing is hanging around somewhere, it's boring.
I dont have to worry about being called a geek because of the sports that I play so if I tell them they thinks its interestting and then they usually ask if I have a site...
when i tell them bout what i do on the internet, all they say is "cool" my best friend wants me to teach him, and then sometimes him and my other friends make jokes like, when people ask what are u gonna do this summer, my friends answer for me saying hes gonna sit on the computer and get fat lol but im always hanging out with my friends, and girls and i skate and play sports so everyone's cool with it

Well, I don't get laughed at. In fact, most of my friends and classmates are interested in it and sometimes make requests for an MSN pic or something. Even some random strangers who heard I made graphics talk to me about it, I made a few friends that way So it's being accepted here in Holland :lol:
I don't get laughed at either. I have designed kiosk interfaces for Google, Staples, and Alienware. I work for a company out of florida, and I don't have a problem being a computer geek. Nobody gives me a hard time about it.
people call me a geek, they also call what i do interesting. make fun of me too, i guess it kinda sucks, but they suck worse.
