    *As used in computer rendering. To interpret, to give an interpretation or rendition of; to calculate an image. Often used in connection with computer graphics or 3D computer graphics to describe the process of producing an image in the digital realm by using a description of objects, lights illuminating those objects, and cameras viewing them - all depicted within an imaginary scene. The passage of light through that scene and its interaction with th

    Some people just assumed that cutting out images is rendering.... well I dont want to argue again. I argued about this like 2 months ago...

    and for those who lack the brains cells to comprehend htid's post, mainly me, cna read the following;

    to "render" something is to make it useable,
    so when we "render" something we make it usable
    in a piece of art or sig (they're not art) so when we
    find "renders" we find usable images.

    hope i summed it up for y'all

    Technically, whther sth is a render anot is total BS. I mean, who cares if tt the pic in ur sig is a render or not? Is it looks gd, it lks gd, so if ur a computer artist, so to spk, Using photoshop to make a gd lking sig is really bout the fun of it, not to make it a render..

    Interesting information...

    Render sounds so much like a verb to me.

    eg. I render something...

    Well in 3d terms to render is to make a 2d image out of a 3d image. You set the ponit of view and then render it to 2d.

    I dunno who said it... but it probably relates to making an image usable.

    I rendered him usable.
