Water Filter

    wasnt sure where to put this, but i was just wondering if anyone knows where to get a good water filter for photoshop 8.0, anda tut for lightning...aprreciate the help :D

    Good-tutorials for the tut, or here for the tut. PS has a water filer already, although its not called water filter. Try using different distort filters.
