    Well, Programs to make websites would be like Flash or Microsoft Front Page. Or to code you will need to learn the programming languages HTML, PHP, ASP, or another of your choosing. :)

    If yur asking for a registry key...sorry but nobody can help ya with that. It is ILLEGAL to provide registration keys anywhere...especially these forums. ;)

    Microsoft Frontpage does a pretty good job if you're looking for a simple webpage design program. Or you could just learn HTML and Java and all that. :P

    You dont really need Java knowledge. Lol, Unless your programming some programs and stuff. HTML PHP or ASP will do. :) Java Script is fun though.

    Dreamweaver is a pretty good program that I use.

    Just design inphotoshop, slice in imageready and code in dreamweaver - simple.
