Looking For Staff, Coders, Gfx, Etc, Pleae Read

Hey people. I hope to be launching a site devoted to designing resources and stuffs.. Lol this may seem pointless, as there are soo many out there...But i feel like doing it. I really think i can make it good..If i get sum help. If not..Well i wont bother :lol:

Anyway..This is a list of some of the things i would need help with.

Researchers - People to go out, find pictures, maby get deals with devinart art artists to release pics, make custom pics, whatever. Find new resource sites, tuts, resources, links to good sites, and such

Promoters - Arrange affilations with big sites, get traffic, basically just get the site known and out there, so there more people coming to the site

Forum People - People who are good at modding IPB, basically all things IPB

Graphics/resource People - Make graphics, like sigs, wallpapers, brushes, and stuff, to be put exclusivley on the site. For stuff u make, u can make sum stuff available for normal members, but other things, that took alot of time could be only for paid members and such. Basically just making resources and what not. Perhaps doing graphic requests, template request and such. For temps and other hard graphics, u would get real money.

Coders/website people - People who know php, html, etc. And are good at working/making/editing sites and whatever.

Mostly thats what id need. Sum other things may come up later, not sure.

Also, if/when the site gets active, the staff members will get actualy money for the time they spend doing things and stuff, if any of there graphics sell or whatever, they will get the cash. If u do a custom temp, u will also get cash. But if they site dosn't turn into anything..Well i unno. But i really hope it would work.

It will prolly have a temp monster skin to start, but i hope, if it gets up, to get a custom temp made, by one fo the staff or a pro webdesigner. And it would prolly need a custom IPB template..If anyone can make one, or knows some who can, that be great. Ill prolly just use a extreme pixel temp tilll the custom is made.

I got a server atm, but if the site gets big..Ill prolly need sumthing bigger..More space/bandwidth and such. Currently i got 5 gigs/50 gigs bandwidth..Not much, but enough to get started.

Also, every graphics designer kinda person, will have there own portfolio on the site, so people can pick who they want to do stuff. And they will have a email for the site, where all request for u will be sent. As for charging prices and stuff, im still working out all the details
