    i just installed ps on my laptop, but the problem is i can't use the shortcut keys in it. anyone know howw i can fix this?

    If it is a cracked copy, buy a legal copy. If it is a legal copy call tech support.

    maybe try to reinstall if not that get a new copy of PS CS

    doese your keyboard have a FN button if so try hloding that instead of ctrl that might help
