Forum Skins

    This may sound very noobish but I was wondering what the difference is between vBulletin, phpBB and IPB forum skin. I've seen same skins for IPB and phpBB. So why an IPB skin and not a vBulletin skin for instance? Can anyone tell me some advantages and disadvantages of those forum skins?

    Different forum skins for different forums. No difference, just the platform their used on.

    There is ABSOLUTELY no difference except the names.

    There is hardley any difference, there just known differently.

    I am just searching for a definition now.
