Well, in the past("our time"), Fry worked as a delivery boy for a pizzeria. It was New Year's Eve of 1999 and he was sent to deliver a pizza to the cryogenics lab. He got there, and realized it was a prank deliver. He sat down, popped open a drink, and started eating pizza. He rocked back on the chair, with only the back legs on the ground. Nibbler, Lela's pet, pushed the leg of the chair Fry was in. The chair fell down and Fry rolled backwards and into a freeze tube. The timer then set itself to a thousand years, and that's how he got to the future. There's actually a little more to it, but I didn't feel like getting that in-depth into the explanation.

My favorite episode, is when they all get money from the government, and fry drinks 100 cups of coffee, and on his 100th cup, everything slows down, and he saves some people from a fire.
the 1 where the globetrotters invade earth & they have to stop the time skips. best line ever: Globetrotter: "We'd need some kinna doomsday device...." Professor Farnsworth "Doooomsday Device...... now the ball is in Farnsworths side of the court. I guess i could lose 1 & still be feared." The robot mafia 1 & the Bender the Boxer 1 are good too. Phat Albert's pick is awesome too.
