Why Did U?

I was editing sprites, and I got bored of it, so I just moved on I guess. I decide to make graphics....

 

I saw people on forums using it so I decided to get it I really sucked at first but I looked up tuts and stuff and just started getting better and better. My first one was like a picture poorly blended into a red cloud bg (all i did was filter render clouds) and like some black text. it sucked so i deleted it long ago

 

went to GR and saw these dudes, so i decieded to try it out

i saw people had sigs. so i wanted to make myself one. i opened paint and made a horrid one. I play a game and it has a clan forum where i saw evangelos making sigs. so i wanted to make them like him.

i looked up tutorials and ended up at deviantart. and saw frozenflames tut. "this is frozenflamef from gamerenders..."

so i looked it up and here i am. mind i only started about 2 weeks ago. and im always open for any tuts/tips/lessons.


this all happened like 2-3 weeks ago lol

 

i dunno i think my story is pretty cool

i used to be in a clan called WFC for CoD:UO and there was a guy named raptor who owned his own graphics company called corrupted illuzions (hence my name CI), he got me into graphics and i started to go to his site and show my stuff to his designers and take a few reqeusts from peeps in my clan. After that it took off until my free trial of PS:CS ran out and luckily my Dad got a copy from a guy he knows at his work. And ever since CI i have done primarily renders and a few sigs but i havent been designing much lately because i have recnetly started my own clan for CoD:UO

 

My friend and I made website and forum for our class and I started to make sigs.
This is first sig I ever made.


Later I starded to make profile pictures for Outwar and ended up here.

 

Meh i was pretty lame
Saw sigs on the Adventure Quest *yay* forum in their sigs and avy section.

There were a quite a few good sig makers, Broken, Xarth etc
I was tired of requesting sigs from people decided to make them for myself.

So i got PS7 from my friend, had that for two weeks.
Then decided to get CS2, got the trial and *whoops* i have a perm version now.

yeah had it for a month now i think
I make sigs coz they're fun. =P
Getting better, but i still got a long way to go...

As for my first sig, well u dun wanna know
I didn't know how to colour balance or even move a picture =S
I kinda just brushed using different colours *shiver*
Yeah i deleted all my crap sigs.
