Fractal Brushes

Does any one know of a tut on how to create fractal brushes, or could someone explain how to, to me. Thanks greatly appreciated + rep to whoever can help
P.S. I have already searched on some tut sites so just don't say, www.good-tutorials.com or www.pixel2life.com.

 

I believe it involves using very small pencil strokes, and then liquifying them with the liquify filter.

You use the program Apophosis, make a fractal and go to RENDER TO HARD DRIVE or whatever it was called I have forgotten, then set the file name to end on png. The other settings depend on you.
Then go to photoshop, open the file go to EDITEFINE BRUSHPRESET and youve got it
