Manipulation And Tech Signatures

This was a request by like 5 people. The outcome can be seen in my sig.


Some extra tips/

1. The picture needs to be cool ,choose from a big downtown , not suburbia,it looks more interesting.
2. Make sure you dont over brush.
3. Dont ever follow exactly what the tutorial says, its a waste of imagination.

i dont have the option lens blur

i got adobe photoshop 7, i tryed looking but i cant find lens blur lol

 

Oh well the lens blur is only available in CS ,CS2, you can try an alternative and using the gaussian blur and puting it no hard light , but thats just gay .. .
