Any Admins On?

It says in shop if i have more then 50 posts i can get name change i dunno where admin is or what the color is for an admin's name.

I wanted to change my username then i went back to shop and looked it says under 50 posts u can change ur username i wanted my name to be war cuz look at my signature ... ive got over 50 posts
