Means there is no internet connection.
    Simple as that
    Go to options
    general
    internet settings

    and check that

Try to disable all firewalls and antivirus, then enable them one by one.

See which one causes the error. (likely firewall)
Open up the configuration of the firewall, and try to add mozilla firefox to the safe-list or white-list or whatever.

Edit the settings on whatever firewall you have to allow connections on firefox (that is, if you have a firewall) firefox causes no problems for me with this site o_O

    Are you still having problems?

If you are, go to the Firefox site and search in the Knowledge Base.

check your firewall or re-install it. It is your best bet.

Could be gamerenders was having a little problem, too much traffic on GR, or your firewall is blocking Ff. o_O
