Most people on forums just use it for sigs and that's like their little hobby. They're not gonna lower it just for that.
Yea Adobe probably knows millions of teenagers are stealing their software, but you never see big companys cracking photoshop, they buy it. Thats who adobe is trying to sell it to, they know 90 percent of people who get it illegally are probably just gonna make sigs or other useless things with it, not make alot of money. For example my art teacher is opening a business, he has to do everything legally because he is planning on making money, he bought 16 photoshop licences. My friend on the other hand just wants to make sigs,hes not really gonna make any money with it so he just got it off of limewire for free, hes not really a threat to adobe's business.
Yeah, its the big companies who buy it. Thats how they can get away with freekishly high prices. They need a bigger price marigin because they arent making as many sales. But big companies need a program like this for touch-ups and they have the money to spend.
A lot of people do crack photoshop and get it for free. But Personally in the prefession i want to get in I am going to but CS2 next month, help from the college i go to.
Heehe, I actually paid for mine. But I didn't pay the full $600, it was only about $290 because I'm a student. Gotta love college. So what if it didn't include all the stock patterns and shapes. Don't need em anyway.
its illegal to sell something cheaper than it costs the company to create it, hence the reason its so expensive, then they have to gain a profit so they calculate the difference of the total taxes spent from the retail price of the program, and thats what their profit margin is.... or not i may be wrong lol
Was that a joke LOL :huh: But yes like others have said, PS is very well worth the price. It takes time and a team to make it. But all you see are the simple commands. It is well worth the price, dere is no chance you will get the price lowered.

It won't work, and at least if you're gonna try, let someone who can spell make the petition.... Besides, CS2 uses up too much memory, it's not worth it, although there are people who love it. I prefer sticking with good ol' PS7.
