How Do I Make Images Smaller

i have a sweet Render of Fry from family guy but i dont know how to make it smaller so i can use it on sotw can any1 help me with this

I am using a different program than photoshop

What size do you need it?

There are a few ways. Click on the image go the edit-free transform or edit-distort or edit-transform-scale.

 

what ever size u think would go good on a 400x140 sig

 

Scale it down to about 160 for the weight. You probably dont want all that stomach in the picture.

 

all im saying is hwoever does resize it to a good size for 400x140 sig will get payed 15credz

(also i wont use the full stomach no)

 

any1 15credz is pretty good for sumpin easy
