well basically it says to blur it right?.... then blur it again is what last filter really is, much like what red alert said then all you gotta do is duplicate the blured layer a few times until its visible, then merge them, then duplicate that merged layer once more and set it to color dodge, and thats step 5
how do u hide the origional ? plus where hes said merge all as 1is that just making all the layers 1 ?
well thats why a tut is kinda hard, u expext people to know but they dont, u hide something by clicking the eyeball next to the actual layer in the layers window, and yea merge means combine into one....
its not that im a noob to ps, just some of the language doesnt make sense to me. Also step 7 doesnt appear to be working for me, im pretty sure im doing it right. i use ps 7 (has this tutorial been wrote for this or wont it matter)
cant view part 2... not really explaining tut, but nice effect, never thought of doing a pixel stretch that way
Good tut I liked it, little confusing, but that might be because your spelling was off ^_^ Thats what it turned out like. I think it came out good, I improvised on a few of the steps though.
Very very nice tutorial man! THere's also another way to make the bg by just pixel stretching an image (after using the marquee tool). That's a faster way (to me ofcourse).
What do you mean, like you cant see the sig? http://img88.echo.cx/img88/9011/hardasstutsig6ik.png thats the link to it =P
I missread it..I thought it said "Till you can" I was like..WTF? I'll just blur it 7 or 8 times, them move them around..
