    how did u do that kinda shiny effect, the sparkle crosses thing

    well you should have the basic assorted brush pack on Photoshop.. they are star brushes or sparkle the brush size is 48 and also there is one that is 25...if you need it i have a direct download for that assorted brush pack in our forums . checkout the download sector...

    Make them ur self. Pencil tool. One line across, one down, Lasso tool with 5 feather and just go over the ends and paste them one?

    Ive done it before with a differant tutorial.

    here is a better example of the tut with a different setting on the stroke and less sparkle..
