Photoshop Cs Problem

My Photoshop has been acting weird lately. For instance in my filter only some options are available and some are just greyed out. Also under save as. Like half of my options are no longer there, even .gif is gone. I have CS, why is this?

 

Is it the trial version or the full version??

 

its the full version, another question - off topic Wheres the folder on your PC that holds all your favorites? My brother has to refrmat and doesnt want to lose them all...

 

probably somewhere in c/ documents and settings

 

uninstall in and reinstall it again.. if that doesnt work contact adobe

 

I checked my photoshop 7.0 and it also doesnt allow me to save as a gif as well as others :/ I dont know whatsup. :'(

Search the net, you should find at least 1 other person like you.

and if yours is a legal version, get tech support.

 

For the favorites:
Windows 2000, XP
C:\Documents and settings\"username"\favorites

 

you need to re-install and when the option for between what files are loaded etc.. in photoshop or imageready ,switch themall over to photoshop and thats your problem fixed i had same problem till i re installed it and selected everything for photoshop instead of mixed between imageready & photoshop
