no its not that... you can download different styles..

 

That's a default style on Windowsblinds.

 

create a stardock account at www.stardock.com

then once u cofirm that email link and d/l teh stardock thing and get that set up

go here

and d/l what u want to use... (they're only freeware versions)
and with the stardock account u get to d/l 8GB if stuff there

then go to the gallery section and select to browse the software u d/l and d/l stuff for it...

i sugges WindowsBlinds and IconPackager

iwould help u out more and get Pro versions of the programs (but most people dont like ePirates)
