It's actually very easy. When you have a post of 2-3 words all you do is put a bunch of spaces between two of the words.

Just put lots of spaces. It tricks the script into thinking you posted alot.

Turns into:

CREDS AND NEGATIVE REP APPRECIATED!

 

So_____________________________________I_See

Meh, I still like just doing this:

or you can just put periods like me................................................
