A lot of them are free...but some are just demos or payed software. I found quite a few free ones that looked good to me. Got some new stuff to try out...so ya.... c/r appreciated.
They add new filters. Like gausian blur, and like the distortion ilters. Thay can add flame effects and such Jesse
