I must say that if you want to play WoW, I highly suggest you're into player versus player and group versus group combat. I came to WoW from Dark Age of Camelot, which (in the early days) was all about large-scale war between three factions, so I felt at home here.
The Player versus Environment is well-done, polished in finished areas, but still is not complete. They have several dungeons in different areas that many suspect are going to become new, high-level instances. The leveling is easy, fairly quick, and fun if you enjoy playing with others. Even if you don't, it is perfectly viable to level/grind alone the entire game.

The endgame consists mostly of going through the same large instanced dungeons to get a few good items. After you have your equipment set, then you can go and PvP. The honor system, which was recently implemented, is effective, and the rewards are well worth the effort. The battlegrounds are supposedly very fun and more enjoyable than the random combat and camping of towns PvP consists of now.

WoW is overall a fun experience. The players are, for the most part, quite young, immature, and usually not the best bunch, however. Most seem to come straight from the idiots clan of b.net. It's a pity that such a good game must have such an overall bad playerbase (at least, on Shattered Hand).

    i would though.

Im commited to train for a half-marathon taking place in september (end of september), all throughout the summer. So, i wont be able to glue my ass to the chair to keep myself from having a life. There is also the posibility that i go down to my friends cottage in sudbury for 1-3 weeks. Completely isolated from internet, so that will prevent me even more.

The best way to stop me from doing something i want to, is to simply give me other stuff to do!

The only thing not great about the game is the monthly fee, but thats not even that bad. If you have the money and the computer, WoW is an excellent game.
