what the heck is "photo manipos"? Whenever i click it in someones sig, it goes to a forum with 1 member, but so many people have that in their sig

Bah... You have to edit the photo itself.. not the colors and sparkly effects.

your right it isnt. Its not the complete way to photo munip. But its a way and easy effective way for people to get into photo munipulation. Its a start. It is a way some newer members to PS can get a cool looking sig in a few steps.
