How He Do This Style?

Sup man i like this guy style i would like to know how he's doing it just want to know if its hard or easy. But when they show up on the forums i use the sig background becomes transparent becuase the sig backgroud is same color as the forums.

 

Those look like they were made from some kind of a Logo Maker/Generator like my current avatar

 

yeh, i think it would be hard because he would have had to make all those things
