well its done. 8:13 in the morning and its finely done so proud so proud... about 6 hours all together including all the stars, nebula, planets, editing and about the rest of the time getting it right and finding me the right materials and textures, lol i had to ask about 20 people on devaintart for those materials ! so here it is... THIS IS ALL PURLY MADE IN PHOTOSHOP AND NOTHING ELSE LIKE CINEMA 4D ETC... ...im going to sleep.. *drops on the floor*
First off ,wrong section ,second off strong criticism... The stars look dreadfull,the light is just ugly ,it stops it starts,you can see an outline, and it is not blended together,wrong star color, the planets seem to be good,the textures are good, but from all the ----ty lights they do not look real,there needs to be a big light source that is either visible or not, and the lights again, omg just take them off. They look simply ugly and mess up the whole piece. Good for a first.Keep working :thumbsup:
agreed, the star background ruins it, I would suggest doing something to blurr it and maybe layering the two blurred versions of ir over other on soft light(more times if needed.) Also, it goes in "your stuff"
you need a lot more work dude, the stars are well...nasty, the planets are dull, really no texture, and the whole thing is just not appealing...
Ya, looks as if it's just the airbrush 50% opacity with a size of oh...150+ and then green and some noise,static for the stars.
i know that u must be sad of critisims but i must join them planets are.. ok.. but the backgrounds is like LOL lOl LoL
i dont know what you guys are talking about... but it looks great to me really nice job VEXTA! and the reason he posted this in general discussion is because he probably doesnt get enough attention/comments in 'your stuff'
I like it, this one is worth a comment VEXTA Here is my opinion: I love it, the lighting is a little off but that can be overlooked. The pixel font, is not so good.
You really need to work on the lighting and star clusters. I love the planets though, especially the bottom one. Good job.
The top planet is from the scifi resource account on DA is it not? Was looking at it yesterday and im pretty sure its downloadable.
