Cutting Out Images

    Hey
    i am a beginner with photoshop cs and i was wondering, whats the best way to cut a specific image off a picture? i know about lasso but i was wondering if there was something alot more accurate? links to tutorials would be cool to if possible

    Pen tool is definetely the best.

    I use lasso tool lately, but how do I make the background transparent?

    I use it and then when i put on a sig it has a white background.

    Are you saving your render as a PNG?
    Saving as JPGs give white backgrounds.

    make sure there is a layer beneath the image and that the layer is transparent.

    any 1 here know any site where i can get some awsom brushes n 3d brushes??
