Playstation is releasing an online gaming service called Playstation World or something. It was going to be released on ps2 but as ps3 is close they are releasing it with the ps3. It is very similar to xbox live, but as microsoft has more experience in that department I think live will own it. Overall, specs are the same really, apart from the ram (what is sony thinking with 256) except we have not been informed of the final graphics card specs so you cant judge them that harshly yet. I in the end think I will stick with the xbox 360 as I really enjoy playing my xbox. The new live capabilities and the smooth easy to use looking control take my vote. The sony controller is unpracticle, and I believe that will draw sony customers to microsoft to xbox 360. With the Revolution, I believe it will be better than the ps3 and xbox 360. But in the past it nintendo only really releases 8 year olds games, which show no attention to details. Unless Revolution pick up some good games then I believe there would be no point in playing it. The real contest is in the xbox 360 and the ps3, only time will tell which is the better. 1 last thing to add, microsoft is so cheap as to plan to release halo 3 on about the same day as the ps3. lol.
socom3 has been announced for ps2 and its coming out late august. but ya i agree about the controller pushing customers away. like i have ps2 and like it way more than xbox. but ps3 controller looks crap but cant say that until i try it but im really thinkin bout goin xbox360 but ill prolly go ps3 cuz gotta stay loyal. sony's always put out great games. the one thing Revolution goin suck about is they goin have all their kiddie games again. but revolution looks kool. also better name than Xbox360 which is the stupidest name i ever heard of.
The PS3 is 2x faster then the Xbox360, and it has the nVidia RSX which is the worlds most complex vid card, and it will kick ATI`s card in M$ Xbox360. Therefore im getting the PS3.
since so many ppl r complainin bout the controller maybe theyll release a different version of it..well how it looks which r compatible with the bluetooth technology or w.e..they should..
Ive been an xbox fan but 2 days ago i saw Killzone for PS3 and it looks awsome! so im thinking of getting xbox 360 first because it comes out first then get PS3 sometime later... Xbox 360 will have Halo 3!
PS3 ALL THE WAY!!! its way better than xbox 360 cuz u can't play old xbox games on it and the ps3 u can play ps and ps2 games and i have other reasons. but the contoler sux on the ps3.
