Well about 3 days ago i got a free upgrade on my internet speed so yesterday when i got home form school i was all pumped and bam.. no internet.. so i call up my company and they tell me ther ewas an outage and wouldd be fixed in 24 hours.. well today i get on and STILL no internet.. so i picked up the phone and bam.. no telephone.. so i get on the outside line and call up verizon and they said there was nothign they can do but they will send out someone in 48hours or less. So about 5 mins later i had my dsl back.. well then 5 mins later it's out again... well now i am just pissed.. so i turn off my pc and mess with a few wires and we have dsl again.. but damn.. this thing keeps going out every hour for 20 mins.. THIS SUCKS!!! anyone know some fast dsl service ythat's cheap..
Well, optimum online is a cheap cable service. Its 35 a month, but it depends where you live. I dont know all the plces they provide it.
I have the same problem. Just hit it, use the trouble shooter thing and then call them and threaten to get a new ISP, and they will help.
I`ll upgradet my dsl line from 1500/500 to 2000/2000 and i runed a internet speed test and the speed has`nt changet one bit
