My Ps Keeps Crashing

    My ps sometimes just crashes and then i have to wait a lot of time until i can use it again....maybe it doenst has enough memory or somethings

    Some advice? :)

    maybe you got to uch fonts/brushes/patterns.

    i deleted 1200 fonts , and ps worked again.
    so try it out (keep a backup though before u delete them)

    My pc is pentium 4, and its fast...so that isnt the problem i hope....
    but i do have a lot of fonts....u mean i just gotta throw them out of the windows folder?...or is there another way?

    well i would make a backup of the fonts folder.
    and yeah just trow some out.
    when i had 10k of fonts in the folder. it went crazy to.
    i delete 1200 and it worked again

    mine wouldnt work when i put in some new filters cause u need to add new .dll files for it to run

    Just get rid of the ones that you dont use.

    Make sure you have enough ram, photoshop can be pretty greedy.

    also, try increasing the clock speed of the ram that determines a bit in itself. You might want to run a few anti-adware/spyware/malware applications too


    another note, there is no excuse for getting a pentium unless you run large spreadsheets or something fo the sort. AMDs, more bang for the buck
