who here has an iPod mini? Because I have a question about charging it...I was wondering if the iPod Mini Dock alows you to plug it in to a power outlet and charge it? Instead of having to buy the iPod Power Adapter also. I'm just a little confused because in some places it sounds like the dock lets you plug into power outlets and charge, and some places it doesn't sound like it lets. I also wasnt sure if this would go into computing so I just put it here.
You connect the dock, and put the mini on the dock so it can charge through the bottom of the mini where there's a slot.
Ipods are seriously stupid. You can only use one music format and you cant store other data. They are also over priced and look rather poofterish. I prefer the Zen Micro
Why iPods suck. 1. Expensive 2. EVERYONE HAS IT 3. Cant replace battery 4. Cant use as a secondary storage device 5. iPod mini costs as much as the iPod 20gb, and it has 16 gb less.
Actually, there is one model where you can store pictures. .png, .jpeg and such. They are not all for music.
