Krusifix Vs. Bloodandiron

Okay, this battle was originally sanctioned by buchvecny, but he has disappeared, so me and Blood have decided to go ahead with the match.

Renders: Yes
Brushing: Yes
Conditions: Both a Greyscale, and RGB picture is needed.

Blood and Iron:

 

GL Blood, I have a feeling I should have tried harder. I got lazy and decided not to brush anything, except those little dots near Samus's energy beam.

 

GL. Question: was the beam itself brushed?

 

Nope, smudge tool and liquify on it, and the little 'flares' at the bottom were made when I cut out blurred parts to make sharp edges.

 

B&I, the render blending is sweet and the background rocks, the text sits very well to!!!

I vote for BloodandIron. Better brushing and I prefer the render. The overall look is just better.

I vote for krusifix because I just think the simpleness of the render and stuff go well together. Bloods is kinda generic.
